When we say “we,” “us,” or “our,” we’re talking about Velvet Brushes, our small online shop. These Terms of Service are basically the "rules of the road" for using our website. By hanging out here or buying a painting kit, you’re agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree with them, that’s okay, but you shouldn’t use the site or make a purchase.
1. Using Our Store
By using our site, you’re saying that you are at least the age of majority where you live. To buy a kit, you’ll need to give us some basic info like your email and shipping address. Please make sure this info is accurate; we want your package to actually reach you! You are responsible for anything that happens under your account, so keep your info safe.
2. Our Painting Kits
We try our absolute best to show the colors and designs as accurately as possible. However, since every phone or computer screen displays colors a bit differently, the paints in your kit might look slightly different in person. We reserve the right to change our product descriptions or stop selling a certain design at any time. We also might limit the number of kits someone can buy if we’re running low on stock.
3. Orders and Payments
When you click "buy," you’re making an offer to purchase. We have the right to decline or cancel an order if there’s a mistake in pricing or an issue with stock. If we have to change or cancel your order, we’ll reach out via the email you provided. As we mentioned on our other pages, we process all payments securely through PayPal. You agree to provide current and complete info so we can get your transaction done smoothly.
4. Shipping Expectations
We’re a small team in Bristol, PA. While we work fast, shipping and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once we hand your kit over to the carrier (like USPS or UPS), the responsibility for the package moves to you. We aren't liable for delays caused by the weather, the carrier, or other things outside our control.
5. Respecting Our Work
Everything you see on this site the logos, the text, the photos, and the designs—belongs to Velvet Brushes. You’re welcome to use our site for your own personal shopping, but please don't copy, sell, or use our images and content for your own business without asking us first.
6. Third-Party Links
Sometimes we might link to other websites or tools (like Shopify apps). We don’t control those sites, so if you click away from Velvet Brushes, make sure you check out their own rules and policies. We aren’t responsible for what happens on other websites.
7. Feedback and Reviews
We love hearing from you! If you send us a review or a suggestion, you’re giving us permission to share it or use it to make our shop better. Just make sure your feedback is honest and doesn't violate anyone else’s rights (like using a fake email or someone else’s photo).

We provide our website and products "as is." We can't guarantee that the site will never have a glitch. To the fullest extent of the law, Velvet Brushes won't be liable for any indirect damages that come from using our products or site.
